EQUIPMENT Foundation is a nonprofit corporation organized in the State of Tennessee. Our application for recognition as a tax‑exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code is currently pending with the Internal Revenue Service.

Contributions made at this time are not yet tax‑deductible. Once our 501(c)(3) status is approved, donations received after the effective date of exemption will qualify as tax‑deductible to the extent allowed by law.
